If you do not have a credit card or debit card account we may be able to accept payment by personal cheque or postal order by prior arrangement.
For UK. We usually send all parcels with a value exceeding £25.00 by FIRST CLASS SPECIAL DELIVERY. Costs can vary between £6.50-£10.00. But are insured.If you purchase a holy communion gown and all accessories the postage remains at £10.00 in the U.k.When purchasing more than one small item the cost would normally be around £5.00---recorded delivery.
FOR IRELAND -costs can vary from £12- £15.00 .
For parcels less than a total value of £25.00, these are sent 1ST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY. Costs usually around £3.00. For packages sent outside the UK they will be sent "International Signed For" so that they can be tracked and proof of delivery obtained .Costs can vary.Please call 02920-255540.
If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.
We can provide a best estimate of delivery times upon request but cannot offer a gaurentee.
Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 7 working days. If this timetable cannot be adhered to we will email and let you know. Special sizes and individual size fitting can take a little longer.
You will be required to sign for all parcels. If this is likely to cause you any difficulties please let us know and we can send the parcel unrecorded but at your own risk.
To comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to a "cooling off period" meaning that you may cancel an order within 7 working days from placement of the order. If your goods have already been dispatched then they must be returned to us in exactly the same state in which they were sent to you.
Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
You must email us first to advise us that the item is being returned letting us know the reason for our records.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free from any odours and all tags much be attached.
Goods returned and lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage and receipt by us of compensation from the Post Office. It is therefore up to you to ensure that proof of posting is retained or the package is insured.
Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges. Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. Nor will we accept returned items which have not had the correct postage amount paid.
If you are returning the item because it is faulty or has been misdescribed, we will refund the postage and packing costs to you as well.
We try to ensure that the goods shown in the online shop are available. However, we cannot guarantee that all the items will be available. If we cannot supply an item we will let you know immediately and let you know when we expect to be able to supply an item giving you the opportunity of cancelling the order.
Product Descriptions;The products are as described by us. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions but if you feel that the description is misleading, you are entitled to return the goods to us.
Measurements shown should be taken as a guide only and there can be wide variations between different manufacturers. If in doubt, please contact us and we can let you have specific measurements or an indication as to the fit of the garment.

We do require some personal information from you so that we can manage your order. From time to time we will email you with details of new stock or special offers unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive these.
We will not use this information for any other purpose or sell this information to any third party.
No contract will exist between you and Rich and Rare for the sale by it to you of any product unless Rich and Rare accepts your order by email or phone confirming that it is dispatching your product.
Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the UK and interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and Richand Rare irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We offer telephone support Monday to Saturday (closed Wednesday), during the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm although please bear in mind that we do run a busy shop and may not be immediately available to speak to you.
